I had a vegetarian dish. Unfortunately, the taste is really very weak. The wine was great though! My companion's burger was tasty too.

Great bar to relax right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the sea. Very nice service and a very good American cheesecake ... had dinner tonight. The warm dishes are also highly recommended!

Used to be a great choice before the Corona pandemic, as you could always pop by and got a table on a first-come first- served basis, so it always worked for us with a little wait outside with a drink right at the beach. All changed now - fixed time slots at 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm in the evening that have to be booked well in advance (days), no more spontaneous visits. Interesting concep for a bar - and ultimately (as the name sayes) thats what it is. Food is good, but that's not the reason why you should visit this place...

Originally only taken as a "second" choice - unfortunately there were no tables in the favorites for the foreseeable future (vacation). I confess I went there with not particularly high expectations and slightly preconceived opinions based on one or the other rating. BUT MEA CULPA! I take everything back and claim the opposite. There was nothing for me, but nothing at all to complain about! Of course, whatever one or the other see as a point of criticism is there. But the question is what am I willing to spend on quality food and what do I expect ... So in advance to summarize: absolute recommendation, we'll be back. Regarding the comments made: The map is not that big, but just right for the concept itself. Anyone who offers a lot can only clap their hands together because there is simply no time to pay attention to quality. With 7 to 8 main courses plus a current menu of the day, I think that's exactly right, so that the dishes are noticeably "handmade" throughout. And there are at least 2 dishes that are also suitable for vegetarians. My fears of a "better fries shop on the beach" were definitely wrong! Yes the prices are high. Point. And yes, there is definitely nothing (m.M.n.) to get a quick snack with the kids. But that's not what it's intended for. Who fries, currywurst or similar. want there is wrong there. But that's not the target group either. And yes, in fairness you have to admit that the prices are of course also due to the exorbitantly good location. But that in connection with the quality is adequate for such a location in a holiday stronghold and I can just accept it without devaluing it. The prices reflect the quality and the coherent overall concept in this location. About the food in detail (please do not nail down, it may be that I forgot one or the other or messed it up - if necessary, look again on site): 1 × starter vegetarian TelAviv ~ 12 € (quinoa salad, freshly baked flatbread, beetroot falafel, humus, yogurt dip, fried aubergine). Fresh, extremely tasty, especially the falafel is bombastic. As a main course 1 x vegetarian Africa (beans, banana chips, spinach, manioc fries) and 1 x classic Europe (burger with cranberry ketchup, pretzel rolls, fresh potato chips aka fries, Ruhrpott mayo). Each (I mean) around € 20. The amount MORE than sufficient! And the taste is very, very, very good and delicious! The manioc pommyes were new territory for me and excellent, but the fresh homemade potato chips were great too. There is no need to talk about the meat quality in the burger, 1 A ...... Then as dessert (we had ordered this right at the beginning, so I had to take back the potato chips - my doggies thanked me at home ;-)) also 2 x desserts from the menu of the day (chocolate-lava-cakes with masha ice cream and curry ice cream and sesame almond brittle) for ~ 12 € each. With the ice cream, we just gave up at some point because of the entire amount of food. All in all, everything is well-rounded, freshly prepared and incredibly delicious. In total with drinks (aperitif, cocktail, wine, water, spritzer) with everything just under € 100 for 2 people. In combination with the location and the view, completely fine. Yes, you don't do that every day, but it's worth it to me on vacation. We would definitely like to come back on our next vacation. Hence an absolute recommendation.

Super friendly service. Fantastic location and very good cuisine.

We were here three times in total in one week. The first time just to have a drink (and to breastfeed the child on the walk ?). Then we took a look at the (very small but fine) menu and arranged to meet friends there. A third time we spontaneously stopped by with other friends. Every time it was very good and we were never disappointed, both the selection of drinks (we had gussets and spritzers from the bottle) and the dishes ("world map" and menu of the day) were very good. The waitresses are also all friendly and competent. And of course you pay 2-3 € more for the location than anywhere else. But that's okay.

My favorite place on the island of Föhr! Nice and attentive staff. Good food and drinks, plus the sea view. You don't need more to end a day.

Here the situation beats everything else. The small menu lets everyone find something and so far we haven't found anything negative about the dishes. One point deduction because it is priced a bit too high. But you certainly pay for the location and the name.

Completely great The service was professional, friendly and thoughtful. The drinks came quickly and the food was heroic. Small menu and everything tastes good. A special highlight: the children's dish (chickennuggets) included carrots swirled in butter. The location is perfect and the view is pure vacation.

Beautiful location. Service is good. Dine very well, but I somehow miss the special, a special touch. Would top it off even more.

Unique location, great view, no matter what the weather is like. I've always felt very comfortable; very nice service, very nice selection of food and drinks, so far I was always enthusiastic. Side note: The reservation for New Year's Eve worked without any problems, we really enjoyed it!

The location and the ambience are first class! The staff look nice and courteous! The cocktails are good. However, the food is not recommended. Price / performance ratio is not given at all. We had 4 different dishes on the small menu, none of them met our expectations. The same dishes are available on Föhr at a better price and in good quality. Sometimes we didn't even know what we were eating or it was different than described! There's a lot more to it.
